We offer flexible services to meet your needs. You can either drop your pet off with us, or we can arrange a collection from your home or local veterinary practice, available seven days a week.
To ensure the best care, we kindly ask that you book an appointment before bringing your pet to us. You’re welcome to stay during the same-day cremation process and enjoy a peaceful woodland walk, or you can return later to collect your pet.
We also partner with veterinary practices, offering a convenient round-robin system where we handle the collection and return of your pet’s ashes, typically within the same week or the following week. Once your pet arrives at the crematorium, we’ll call you to confirm their arrival and, when the time is right, discuss any special requirements you may have.
You can choose from a range of urns and commemorative products to help you remember your beloved pet. Our full range of items can be found here.
Cremation prices are calculated by the weight of your pet and detailed here.
Here’s a quick step by step of the options available to you once your beloved pet has died:
1. Decide what service you’d like: an individual cremation or possibly a communal cremation if it’s for a large animal. All individual cremations have the ashes returned in cardboard scatter tubes included in the price, or if you’d like a casket or urn, we’ve a selection to choose from.
2. Select a memorial item: If you’d like a memorial item, such as an ink paw print or claw impression in clay then let us know, more details can be found here.
3. Choose collection or drop off – an individual cremation or a communal cremation. If an individual cremation choose either a cardboard tube or an urn for the ashes to be returned to you in.
4. When you know what service you’d like contact us via phone, email or complete the online order form, this will require payment before we can arrange collection.
5. Once we have your pet we will confirm your wishes and arrange for cremation and the return of their ashes at an agreed date and time.
We can collect your pet, or you can bring them directly to us.
We offer a private, peaceful environment for your final farewell with a secluded woodland walk around a few paddocks for quiet reflection.
